the story is about a scientist doing secret government experiments on black populations, and he is testing out the effects of a satellite that shoots a laser down on a town, causing the people in the town to turn into mutated monsters. He then invents a new genre of mutant pornography and makes money on the black market by selling the pornos.

its not a bad idea, but i wouldnt focus on the population being targeted as just ‘black’ people. i think its slightly racial, wethere its intended this way for the story? i think it would be more believable if it was a mixed population. If he’s using the mutents for porn surely theres buyers who would prefere a ‘choice’ of what ‘race’ they can buy. hope this helps 🙂
