I have a bunch of PS2 games (with the cases and instruction booklets) and a PS2 with two controllers, that I haven’t touched in over five years, is there a market for them or a place I can sell them? How much would I get for it?

lots of people still want ps2 games, it depends how much you expect to sell them for, because you can get pre-owned ps2 games from places like “cash generator” quite cheaply, fairly recently I got two ps2 games from there for only £1.50 for the two! so you have to be realistic about how much you would expect to get, depends how much someone wants a particular game you have, and if they can get it anywhere else
Yes, i got a new ps2 few days back. You can sell it to anyone among your friends, or try ebay.
