What Is The Church Of God?

I am applying to University of Findlay and I saw that its religious affiliation is “Church of God”. I belong to a roman catholic church and I have gotten my baptism, first communion, and confirmation. I go to church almost every Sunday and I am a pretty religous person. I wanted to know what the church of god is and what it means if a college is affiliated with it. Also, i am applying to another university that is a jesuit university. what does that mean?

If you are Catholic you are a member of the true Church of God, the only Church He Himself founded for mankind. However, several of the thousands of unauthorized conflicting manmade denominations of Protestantism also call themselves by that name. Jesuits are an order of Catholic priests, who teach at that university.

Welcome to the never ending miracle of faith network where every body has a different agenda and dogma and name but still affiliated with the main god! These different chuches or clans or whatever some how worship the same god but do it in a unique way to the clan! God needs to incorporate, the marketing of his merchandise is profitable!
