How To Grow My Online Clothing Business?

I just started my own online clothing business. I have cute and good quality items (usually things that are popular and in for teen/young adults). I have a website – www.materializeme.com (still working on getting all my items put on the site and a catalog section) – I sell on Ebay and have even tried selling on Craigslist (but buyers flake and are usually cheap). How can I get more customers without robbing my bank? What’s the secret to getting more clientele?
Also, I’m thinking about selling at Farmer’s Markets and Art Shows. Thoughts/suggestions/ideas are appreciated on this topic too 🙂
Thank you so much in advance!

    Hello:
Actually, I believe the company with which I work will be able to assist you with gaining more exposure.
Our company works with over 8,000 organizations globally in a big affiliate program. Featuring over 1,500 stores like Walmart, Ebay, Dell, Home Depot, etc…. We have an affiliate shopping site dedicated to consumers. Go to mall site at http://www.ourgvmall.com/shopandmakemoney. We utilize this site to help generate residual revenue for organizations as well as earn money for helping.
With our growth with many organizations like the MS Society, Chicago Bulls, restaurants, home business leaders and thousands globally we created an Organization Marketplace http://www.ourgv.biz/shopandmakemoney as well as featuring different tools that help non-profits and businesses online. Any referrals are always welcome, products or services that may fit our sites, and of course if you can utilize any of our tools.
I think selling to Farmer’s Markets is a good idea. However, I do believe if you ever intend to sell anything in person (if you live in the U.S. at least), you will need to have a sellers’ permit. Go to your state’s official website and do a search to see if it mentions sellers’ permit and read what it says. Please also note that you may have to report your earnings from such sales.

The key is to make a site that looks legitimate. Your site has a curvy modern feel to it but it does need more work in order to convert people that visit the site into buying from you. It is a tough market to get into and the online industry is competitive. If i was trying to sell online i would look into SEO, search engine optimisation for your products so people can find them, and using adwords, online advertising. I would also try facebook page creation and try and socialise with people who like clothes. You could maybe do with getting a professional logo too , something that helps you be defined as a brand. I think you have no choice but to rob your bank unfortunately 🙁

That’s a good start. What would probably help is that you work on your website layout to make your site look better. You would also need to work on your SEO (Search Engine Optimization) as that will help search engines index your site better. Websites cited below for your reference. Hope this helps.

nice website. I think you can go with bulk clothing business. For this you have to register your business in online business platforms like http://www.fashionproducts.com/ & http://dir.indiamart.com/foreignexporter… and many more.
