Honestly, they’re both terrible, but I would go with the more affordable laptop. If it is only for school, specifications matter very little.
i would say the latter
it’s a little heavier but has a bigger screen
and you can switch the top case so if one gets damaged you can get another one
but ram, hard drive, graphics are almost the same (which both are very good) on both computers
so it comes down to lighter with the first one or the larger screen on the latter
but the first also looks flimsy and looks like it would break
so i would say the second one
ps. once macfee expires on which ever one you get you should get avast free
