Just to give you a little more information about the home, the water, trash
and garbage are paid by us. The security deposit can be paid in 2 installments if money is tight. (I know how that can be).
The house has a fenced in backyard and we do allow pets. The deposit per pet is a one time payment.
The house includes a washer and dryer, and we pay for lawn care so the renter does not have to cut the grass.
There is NO application fee (our company policy and guarantee).
I will be happy to show the house at an agreed upon time and date but I do require that all applicants and
additional renters who will be living in the home complete a free credit report to ensure their eligibility.
I have so many people apply for homes that I have to make sure they are qualified renters before I show the property.
This ensures neither of us will be wasting our time.
It is okay if you have bad credit (trust me). We just check to make sure that you don’t have several evictions on
your record. (We won’t rent if you have 3 or more evictions on your record)
I also had to recently stop giving out the exact address of rental properties before I am able to show them because
last time I did that the house was vandalized (I will be glad to send you the address right after your reply) I assure
you though that this is a very safe neighborhood. I actually lived in this home for 2 years (very cozy).

Once you fill out the report the credit company automatically forwards me your name, email address and whether you have
had any outstanding evictions in the past 5 years to determine your renter eligibility. This is the only information I am
interested in. This is a soft credit report so it won’t touch your FICO score (which is why we work with them).

Ireland says may need 15 billion euro funding by end 2013
Ireland may need up to 15 billion euros (13 billion pounds) in funding by the end of 2013, the head of the debt management agency said on Friday.
Asked if Ireland would need that much ahead of a bond repayment in early 2014, John Corrigan said that was “in the right ball park” but at the upper end of the range.
He said it was not possible to say when Ireland would return to longer-term debt markets.
“There is no box with a secret plan with a rate and a date, it has to be driven by market circumstances,” Corrigan told a parliamentary committee.
Corrigan said that the cut in Ireland’s interest rate from the European Union could save the country around 830 million euros in 2012 and 1.1 billion per year after that, but said the details had yet to be worked out.
The chief executive of Ireland’s National Asset Management Agency , Brendan McDonah, told the same meeting that he expected his agency to post a pre-impairment profit of at least 500 million euros.

* “Insider information” started appearing on the Internet, saying “secret plans” were being drawn up to evacuate millions of people from the Gulf Coast because of the possible life-threatening effects of the oil spill and its poisonous gases.
* The NOAA put out a “fact sheet” implying that a hurricane could potentially drive the oil slick away from the coast – and that it would not pick up much of the highly toxic underwater dispersant and oil. It did not address the issue of acid rain or what gases released from the well might do to waterways, catchment areas, and city water supplies.
* President Obama said things like “the buck stops here” (which he has said quite often about other issues) while critics said he hadn’t said enough – or done enough – without saying what else he might do. Then along came the investigation and the hint of criminal charges. (Which won’t stop the oil).
* BP has promised to “clean up every last drop” of the oil spill – and has seen billions of dollars wiped off its share market value.It has not yet explained why it did not spend $500,000 on the system that would have stopped the gusher in its tracks – though it uses them in other oil fields outside the United States.
Having reviewed all that, and turning to the future, it can safely be said that this is a disaster of historic proportions and its ongoing effects are impossible to fully comprehend.
