What Is The Difference Between These Two Sets Of Tires?

I want to buy tires for my 2005 Acura TL. Tirerack has two different sets of prices for what seem to be two different tires. I’d like to buy the closeout price, but want to make sure it will fit my vehicle. The size of the closeout tires correspond to the tires on my vehicle: 235 45r 17. Am I missing something?

Different Sku’s. One is probably an OEM fit for a specific vehicle and the other is the all-purpose aftermarket replacement. Those tires have been sitting on a shelf for more than 4 years BTW – they wouldn’t be my first choice. Tires are not like a fine wine, they don’t get better with age.
