When u are starting from scratch? Like facebook,etc? I dont know how much the business would make but it fixes a common ~niche~ i can say Millions of Dollers? Who would u consult or do? Fundraising is an option what else? Its a Interntet business?

Go to the sba.gov website and go through the steps outlined in their business plan tutorial. No one is going to take your business plan seriously until you get everything down on paper and have certain kinds of paperwork in hand.
I keep it to myself so that someone else cannot steal my idea. Then I save up money to start up a business rather than getting a government grant reaching my hands into the pockets of taxpayers.
If you don’t know how to raise money to start a business, you’re already a failure at business.
