   Are you wearing it to go out? The heels give it a night look, or you could wear flat pumps for a day time look with a jacket

   I love the shirt and the heels!!
   But I’m not so sure of the skirt that goes with it. Instead of the skirt, why dont you try a pair of mini jeans

   I really like it! It makes you look nice, and a fancy, but also the shirt makes it casual, and it stand out, (in a good way.) The only thing I would say is do the skirt under the shirt, not pulled over. It doesn’t look like a mess, it looks like expression! I absolutley love it, because it is wild and cool!
