you might want to be safe and just call the doctor’s office and tell him it doesnt look bad and you used peroxide and alcohol to clean it and ask him or her what else you should do

first order of business is letting it bleed for a bit. The flow of blood will have pushed out any debris.
Then its good old fashioned soap and water wash, THEN an antibacterial salve and a bandaid.
Hydrogen peroxide damages unhurt tissues and alcohol just plain stings like crazy and none of them get any further than the surface. Thats why its good for a puncture wound to bleed a bit and why puncture wounds tend to get infected easier; debris gets shoved into the wound.
Call your doctor or ER to talk to a nurse but they really won’t do anything different.
