How A Company With 4000 Units Of Taxi Fleet Can Expand And Diversified It’s Business?

It’s a pretty interesting business, easy for both the cabbies and business. Maybe you could expand on these ideas:
1) Have a special payment method for cabbies who consistently rent cabs, that way it’s easier.
2) Have some kind of referral program. Tell all the cabbies they can ‘get a month free’ or something (not sure how it works) for getting more people to rent from the business.
