You can, but I suggest that you don’t. If someone posted a comment on my blog and used anything else but a name in the name space I would delete that comment and I think other webmasters would do the same, because their blog has lots of visitors and it’s not cool to have a comment written by “dog trainining exercises” (it’s just an example).
The important thing about blog comments is that they will give you one way backlinks and it’s alright if your real name appears in the comment and usually it contains the links to your site so I can understand where this ideea of yours is coming from but it’s cool for the search engines anyway so try so make that comment related to the post and full of your desired keywords and you should be fine.
