What is the use of 12 b and 2f in UGC act?My college(Engineering) is AICTE approved,UGC approved and it is affiliated to Anna University Chennai .How to get 2f and 12b status to my college.what is the procedure or whom i can contact in South INdia?
The college which is affiliated with any recognige university, secure permanant affiliation from that university and then liable to apply for 12b AND 2f Status. after submmiting some required documents ugc can offer the status of 12b and 2f o that college.
having the status of 12b n 2f the college can become eligible to receive various development grants fro ugc.
the college without 12b n 2f status cannot apply for these grants.
