Okay, so when I see things about England I always see things about lions. Like the English soccer team’s nickname is the Three Lions.
Just Curious.

It goes back to ancient Egyptian traditions. Same with the bees on the Queen’s dress, it signifies royalty back in ancient Egypt. The secret rulers of the world traveled from ancient Egypt to ancient Greece, and now to England and US

just because. in the us of a we have the detroit lions. i guess lions are just a symbol of strength and such. i wouldnt mess with a big old male cat. would you? SOB will kill you!
maybe it goes back to william the lion hearted. he was a great knight with many wins ’till he caught an arrow in the throat. lucky shot!

Because the royal line of England goes back to the tribe of Judah. Back in the “old days” after the tribes of Israel were scattered, the people still knew of their heritage (which tribe they came from). The animals that were their tribal “mascots” were often placed upon their family coats of arms, etc. The lion was the animal for the tribe of Judah. The tribe of Benjamin (my tribe) was the wolf, and it appears on my family coat of arms. Benjamites became the Vikings, which is why so many viking families have wolves on the coats of arms. If you’re curious, run a search on your last name and find out what animal is on your coat of arms and check out the link listed below.
A biblical archeologist named E. Raymond Capt wrote extensively on this topic, mapping out the migrations of the tribes. He also wrote on other very interesting topics, as well, and his works are worth reading if you’re into this sort of thing.

    Hope this answered your question!

Did you know that there were Lions in Europe? You can blame the early Knights for their extinction.

    Yes
The symbol of Judah derived from Genesis
because England is the kingdom of Rothschild.
you can also find an unicorn
the symbol of Ephraim as well as Japanese imperial family.
