    Hi,
It’s fantastic what you are trying to do and I truly want to wish you every success, especially for your family. It will be a very tough thing to do and I sense you will have many disappointments along the way. Don’t give up though, persistence pays.
You need to get your dressing in front of people and get them to taste it and see it. Distributors are the best people to get in front of and keep ringing them until they agree to see you.
The other way is to apply to Venture Capitalists and present to them. Put together a small plan.
How much does it cost to make?
Have you thought about mass production if it takes off?
What about your packaging – have you thought about that?
Write things down and try to pull a plan together and then go out and get in front of as many people as possible.
Take advice on patents and food hygiene.
A lot to do but don’t let it all put you off

Very difficult to bring a food item to market. Long and expensive process. But, if you had a health-approved kitchen to work out of, you could sell it as school, harvest and holiday fairs, thru your local farmers market, etc. Or online.
Millionaire Momma is a good book to read–how she brought her product to market (not food).
