I sort of understand what it is. But could someone just chat with me on Yahoo! and teach me how to design my own to customize my web page for different websites i’m affiliated with? This is something i’ve wanted to learn for a while and google is not helping at all. I need to learn all about making a CSS code (if it’s called a code!?!?) from scratch. For example, if I tell yu what i’d like my page to look like, roughly, could you teach me how to make my own code for that?

Well, it’s not as easy as 123 if you have never dealt with stylesheets before but here is a great site to help you understand it.
By the way, stylesheets (or pages with css extentions) is not referred to as code. Coding refers to actual programming language like .net, coldfusion, .asp, java. Anyhow, here is the link. http://www.2createawebsite.com/design/css-tutorial.html

w3schools.com is very good. It’s not something you’ll learn over-night. CSS has somewhat of a steep learning curve, and is not very intuitive if you already know other programming languages.
