I have an offer to fully optimize a site and maintain the site. The niche is in the travel industry. What I am ask to do is to do seo optimization both on and off page and make 3 articles monthly. I will not be paid until the site will make a sale and I will get 30% of each sale. Would you agree on this proposal?

let’s say the competition is kinda low. i’m talking about articles that use seo keywords for optimization. not in articles websites but in regular websites in the same niche as the blog. are ten enough to bring halfway decent traffic and help with location in google?
and how many articles should one put in the blog itself, is one enough?

I would like to optimize my website using appropriate keywords that best suit my niche but I am not familiar in keyword research. I’ve tried to use Google keyword tool but I am having a hard time selecting the right keyword because there are lots of information shown. So please! Can anyone give me some tips and suggestions on how to find the perfect keyword for my site? The niche of my site is about love and relationship. If you can provide various other reference, that’ll be much appreciated.
