I am filling out an application for a hospital position and it ask the following question
Have you ever been employed by Valley Health or any of its affiliates in any capacity?
I have not worked for the hospital but I am a part of the hospital auxiliary (volunteer group) and I volunteer 30-40 hours a week so should I put that in there or just leave it blank?

Misguided Effort Will Drive Thriving Internet Businesses to Nearby States
CHICAGO, March 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn today signed the so-called Internet tax bill (HB 3659), which requires out-of-state merchants who advertise on websites based in Illinois to collect taxes from all Illinois customers.
The new tax law relates to out-of-state merchants like Amazon.com and Overstock.com that do not have a physical presence in Illinois but have relationships with Illinois advertisers and publishers like CouponCabin.com. Under the provisions of the new law, these merchants are deemed to have a presence (nexus) in Illinois and are therefore required to collect Illinois sales tax.
In response to the Governor’s approval of HB 3659, Scott Kluth, CEO of CouponCabin.com, issued the following statement:
“The Governor’s approval of HB 3659 is deeply disappointing. As a result, Illinois will lose jobs, many thriving businesses like CouponCabin and other affiliate marketing firms will be forced to move to other states, and most important, this law will not generate the tax revenue Illinois thinks it will collect.

I’ve came to the conclusion that it isn’t meant for anyone to live comfortably in this lifetime.
However, I know that people and corruption are mostly the reason why I have such a conclusion.
Money, Power, and Greed is a way of life in every society. Growing up adults tell you to work hard, but how can you when there is no work available? How can you work when no one will hire you because of causes that are irrelevant to your capabilities. How can you plan a future when people control it? How can we trust a government when the people continue to suffer in multiple ways and the government and its affiliates sleep without as many or the same worries? Is our success limited? How come the government doesn’t value our point of view the same as those in its office? Are we all less valuable to them? Why can’t we all lead a country equally opposed to having a chosen group that are superior? Does the government really care about us? Is the history of every continent relevant to our existence?
This are just a few questions that I have in which, I already have an opinion to.
I just simply want to hear the answers of anyone who is willing to seriously engage. Please give a personal answer. Also, you don’t have to answer every question.
Thank You to those whom engage seriously and honestly.

www.wedimg.com is a scam website that has stolen all my information and spammed it to other places. I get phone calls from porn lines now because they sold my information. Do not affiliate yourself with them! The Wedding Photography front is false and made up. WORST EVER!
