im building a website what will use affiliates, can i use companys logos etc ie samsung, sony etc on my site??
ill need to use these for the brands of the products of the affiliates

Well, of course you can’t use logos of other companies without their permission. Companies have logos to promote their own businesses, not yours. Unless you’re in partnership with them in some way that allows for you to use their logos, don’t do it.
Use the graphics your affiliates supply.
I would agree with the last 2 answers. You can use other people’s trademarks or logo’s unless you have their permission. if you are an affiliate try to use the merchants banners or graphics. If your affiliate program does not supply them chose one that does.
An affiliate program is about helping the affiliate drive traffic. So an Affiliate program that offers marketing material and tools is always a plus. If you still have questions you should contact your affiliate manager. They would be able to give you exact answers for the specific brands you are promoting.
