If your dads name is on the papers as the owner then he has the right if not it is your car!

If everything is in ur name then he can cus he is a relative and the surname is the same
But I would just sneak in and get them and hide them in the car itself in the trunk so he can’t get them

Just like getting a loan from a bank for a car it is theirs till you pay it off you can offer to pay off your dad for the car and say i want the title if he does not give to you can take him to court for it. Till then he owns it. You paying registration and insurance means nothing as far as title is concerned.

You even posted this in Senior Citizens? What the hell is wrong with you?

If you registered it, then you are also on the title. So he can’t take it, b.c you have legal right to it.
