Its sound very fishy and I wouldnt venture it out. Sounds like something is going around in those packets.

It’s a reshipping scam – DO NOT send them your home address for any reason
They are going to send you packages that were ordered with stolen credit cards/hacked Paypal accounts and want you to forward them to Russia or elsewhere in Eastern Europe. DO NOT do this – you will end up in prison for fencing stolen good as you are the recipient of the items bought with the stolen credit cards. The police can’t do anything against the scammers in Russia – US law enforcement has no jurisdiction there
If you have already received packages, do not send them to Russia. Send them back to the company they came from – call them and say that you did not order anything and are sending it back. If you did not receive anything, if the FedEx/UPS guy comes with a package, REFUSE delivery
A friend’s credit card number was stolen and $3000 worth of electronics was charged to it. She reported it to her bank who reported it to the company the goods were ordered from who contacted the police. They arrested the guy whose home the items were sent to and he’s now in jail for 18 months. He claimed he was just doing a job for someone in Ukraine and even showed emails but the jury didn’t believe he could be so stupid not to know he was doing something illegal especially since this scam has been exposed thousands of times in the press and on the internethttp://www.google.com/#sclient=psy&hl=en…
If you have already sent packages, you need to contact the FBI Field Office right away and report that you were the victim and just realised you have been used http://www.fbi.gov/contact-us/field/fiel…
Do not wait. Otherwise once the person whose stolen card was used to purchase the electronics reports this to their credit card company and they investigate to see that the items were received at YOUR address, the police will come and arrest you

I researched this for about an hour for someone a couple nights ago
DO NOT give them any information – You’ll be in big trouble.

They are a reshipper and you’ll be fencing illegal or stolen items
Ask yourself..if they can mail them to you..why not just mail them to who they go to.
PLus they get your Soc Sec and birth date — Identity theft
