Will Microsoft, Bungie Etc. Fine For Hosting A Xbox 360 Hacking Website?

Im not saying that i want to host one but a friend of mine says that he knows a lot of hacks for xbox 360 and he said he might make a website where he will upload hacks. I fear for him so i wanted to know will microsoft or any affiliated companies fine him if they find out that he made a website with hacks?

Depends weather or not these hacks are illegal or if he uploads any illegal material to the site.
If it’s just a site telling people how to perform certain hacks, then i don’t think he could get in any trouble no. He may be requested to take it down, but i don’t think he can get in any legal trouble for it.
Besides, unless he has a server he’ll have to get it hosted on someone elses server, meaning that they would be the ones getting in trouble anyway.

Dude dont go posting it on their websites and say that these are for fun and educational use 😀
Also it depends what sort. If its mods or something or ingame glitches thats fine.
