Okay, so I’m making a website about music since I’m also a musician. My website contains my profile, contact, etc. but I haven’t uploaded it yet.
I’m planning to include a section for downloading the music sheets I currently have, to either share it to others/sell for little amounts to help me fund my website.
1. Do you think it will be legal for me to post download links of my uploaded musicsheets(in PDF, those that I’ve uploaded on upload sites) inside my website?
2. What if I ask for little amounts or donations from downloaders? Is it okay? Will it not cause any violation to copyrights or whatever?
3. How will I make money out of my website?
4. Is it okay to put affiliate download links?
If that’s not legal, maybe I’ll just put download links to my files for free. Would that be okay?
Please explain it well.
Thanks in advance.

Hello! I work for DarKear Services International, an internet company that is creating a website for MYeBayPro, a company that will setup a retail establishments’ eBay store, paypal account, and everything else needed for selling their inventory on eBay.
Since eBay (both the name and logo) is on the website, and in the name, clearly they are a threat to being sued by eBay for infringement (along with PayPal, i suppose…).
How can I “cite” their copyrights on the site? Here is what I have so far in the foot-note, including our footnote of copyright and ownership:
Site content and design copyright (c) 2011 by DarKear Services International, in association with MYeBayPro. This site, in part or in whole, may not be copied without owner and editor consent. All documents (including, but not limited to: images, powerpoints, keynotes, etc.) are of the sole ownership of MYeBayPro.com. All documents are for personal use only, not to be sold or copied elsewhere. www.darkearservices.com
eBay is copyright by eBay Corp. All rights reserved. www.ebay.com. No copyright infringement is intended. Visit http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/copyrigh… for more information. All logos and images belonging to eBay are property thereof; MYeBayPro is not in any way affiliated with eBay, nor does MYeBayPro intent to, or therefore, infringe upon the rights of, and/or property of, eBay Corp.
See it on the site at myebaypro.com
Can we still get in trouble? What else should be in there?

I need some help figuring out what I can sell on a website I want to create. I do not want to do affiliate programs, and all that..I want to sell actual products. I am 17, and I am into military stuff (i.e. guns, gun accessories, military apparel, military accessories, etc.) I am also into video games….but take note…again I am 17 YEARS OLD…no expendable/disposable income…NOT A LOT OF MONEY. Any cheap business ideas for a 17 Year Old would be appreciated…tanks.

I saw that an online retail website I frequent has added the Amazon Checkout option when checking out. This site is not affiliated with Amazon.
If you choose to check out using the Amazon Checkout option, a small pop-up window opens, asks you to log into your your Amazon account, and then takes you to what seems to be the final step in the checkout process (choosing payment options, shipping options, shipping address, etc.).
I would like to know if this feature allows you to use an existing Amazon gift card balance that was applied to your account prior to you using the Amazon Checkout feature on the 3rd party site.
For example, let’s say I got an Amazon gift card for $50. I then applied that card to my Amazon account and so, my Amazon gift card balance (on my account) becomes $50. I then go to a 3rd party site that had the Amazon Checkout feature, purchase something, and use the Amazon Checkout feature. Will I be able to use my gift card balance of $50 towards my purchase?
