I want to act as an affiliate for a currency exchange broker online.
If i create a page on my website which is a ‘recommended broker’ page and refer my customers to a particular broker for which in return I get a commission, does that require FSA regulation.
If not, does anyone know any exact section in the FSMA that exempts this kind of activity from being regulated.

The problem is, why dont we get any visitors? We tried adwords, 200$ ran out fast, it said something like 11,000 people clicked our ad, and yet the site is empty.
Am I missing something here?

I want to create a website where users can upload videos and I can make money by selling ads space in those videos, just like youtube hulu and daily motion does, except on a smaller scale. I don’t want to compete with youtube, hulu, daily motion, it’s for a particular niche. , just videos that users create and I want to be able to play ads as well so I can sell my own ad space (not ads by an ad network like Google)Does anyone know of software that can do this or any idea what it might take to create something like this?
