I have to take decision about inactive products of my site. I want to know what are the best error to show on these pages, so it will be remove slowly from Google and don’t hurt our site visitor. My site was a clothing affiliate site they continuously need to inactive products and add new collection of clothing from different merchants. I need there permanent solution.

I want to start a social network. Maybe not as big as Facebook, but a niche social network similar to goodreads.com or something along those lines.
How many coders do I need?
Would they be willing to donate time if the idea had good potential?
How would I find coders? Colleges?
Do I also need a website designer?

I’m fairly new to SEO however I have read and studied on this A LOT so I don’t need basics.. I have done article submission, blogs, etc. I realize my site is new but I also know good SEO can get the newest sites on top of search engine lists. Right now my main issue is getting quality backlinks and I just can’t seem to figure out how to do it properly. I don’t want junk links to link exchanges are NOT what I want.. I have asked personally to some of the top ranking webmasters in my niche and none of them will link. Please help me?? Affiliates are not getting credited with commissions despite sales through them. Then read their affiliate agreement and it says:We will not pay referral fees on transactions that are made by a customer who visits TLA directly (rather than through a special link from your site), even if the customer previously followed a link from your site to ours.
Please help me.

um I’m thinking of starting a website where users can sign up and submit content. Not just a forum I want something where people can build a profile of themselves and submit content linking to things like articles a similar example would be something like redgage but more of a niche site and more community then money making driven. A site builder would also be good.
