I’ve got a niche classifieds site so I have an abundance of pics. How can I use Pinterest in a legitimate way to gain relevant traffic?

I own a website in a fairly competitive facebook niche. I have titles keywords and meta tags on all the pages of my site. Soon I’m going to hire an expert to handle the rest of the seo such link building etc. The problem is I don’t really know allot about seo, so I don’t really know what to ask for and what area of seo I need help in the most. Do I just need quality related sites linking to mine? What type of white hat techniques are going to be used. I need someone to look and review my website and give me a synopsis on what’s the best way to get my site ranked on the first page of google. For the past 6 months I have been receiving spam email. It is always a slutty sounding name and the emails are always from an account that has the person’s first and last name and the domain is the same first and last name @ net or info or something. And they always seem to be affiliated with an un-named dating site. I frequently check my spam folder since it sometimes intercepts messages that I need. Anyways I clicked on of those aforementioned emails in my spam folder and to my dismay the email had two attached photos. One of which featured a naked post-pubescent yet still young looking lady and I am not sure what to do. Am I in trouble? The only new thing I have given my email out to is eharmony (6 months ago). How do I report it? Do I need to report it? The only reason I am worried is because the lady looks to be right at the age of majority but its not like the source is something I consider to be reputable.
