Can I Save Money If I Research All Hardware And Do The House Design Myself For My Dream Home?

I have always had a dream home in my mind that doesn’t fit what I see in the general “cookie cutter” type of homes available. When the time comes to get my first home I’d like to design it myself or work with a architect who will help me get the home I want. This includes secret rooms and a very specific floor plan that is unlike any house I have ever seen. I’m not talking about any weird circular obscure layout, just something that isn’t so standard and boring like most track homes on the market today.
If I start designing the layout myself, picking out the correct hardware and doing all the research possible would that save me a decent amount of money?
Although I doubt I will ever get this accomplished because of money, I still want to try…and I’m hoping if I can get it out on paper as thorough as possible that it might just lead me closer to my dream home one day.
Opinions? Ideas? suggestions?

A Help On Keyword Research On Niches?

Hey Guys,
I am new to internet marketing and i have just started to build niche websites. I have found some profitable niches after doing some keyword research on them. They are:
– back acne
– bacne
– body acne
– olay pro-x
I just want to make sure they are profitable and just want to know about their competition.
Just wanna cross check the work i did as a beginner.
Please just tell me if they are good or not? If not, how?
And a little more thing about the EMD update of google? what is it actually?
Can i register a exact match domain for a quality website after EMD update?
Thanks
CHEERS!

What’s Your Perspective On Philip Morris(cigarette Company)?

Tobacco giant Philip Morris is doing its best to get its hands on research about teen smoking, and encouraging some UK academics to violate ethical standards along the way.
Cigarette manufacturer, Philip Morris is the 5th most unethical company due to its marketing strategies.
Philip Morris International has tried to force the University of Stirling to hand over secret data into teenage smoking and cigarette packaging gathered over more than a decade.
The manufacturers behind the popular Marlboro brand have used Freedom of Information laws to attempt to gain access to about 6000 confidential interviews undertaken with teenagers as young as 13, which discuss their views on smoking and tobacco….
But there’s a second wrong, here, and that lies in the attempt to get the researchers in question to violate their obligations to the research subjects — the children and their parents — who participated in the research in question.
The researchers are rightly fighting the request.
So Philip Morris is asking these researchers to break their promise and to breach the trust placed in them by research subjects. The company is attempting to get the researchers to violate their duty. This puts the company’s behaviour into the same moral category as suborning perjury or intentionally putting another party into a conflict of interest. It’s a bad thing when a company violates its own duties; but it is especially corrosive to work so hard at encouraging other people to violate theirs.
On top of this unethical marketing, the company issued a report in the Czech Republic saying that premature smokers deaths have ‘positive effects’ because they save governments money.
The government’s intervention forced the tobacco companies to try out new techniques and strategies to sell their products.

Is It Appropriate To Write Blogs For Money?

Hello, I am thinking of starting a blog on tips on how to write a research project aimed at students and research professionals. I would like to write about every stage of the research process. I would very much like to make some money out of it through placing adverts using Google AdSense and I am also looking to Amazon affiliate programmes as another possible source of income. Since my blog is on an educational subject I am not sure whether it is appropriate to make money out of it. What do you think?

Leadership Struggles/troubles In Establishing A Undergraduate Student Organization?

I recently went to a conference to set up a particular human rights organization at my university. It is exactly what I research and a bit of a niche area of study, despite it’s importance. It currently does not exist at my university. However, a girl last February did the same as I, but when she came back she didn’t do anything. She said she passed deadlines to set anything up and couldn’t find support. However the deadlines have been open for sometime now, and I also would have to find support so I think that is ridiculous. So now I am doing these things actively and she is leaving for an internship overseas for 4 months as I launch it. However she expects to have the titles as founder and president of this organization. I’m feeling at a loss as how to deal with her. She is entirely unhelpful and unresponsive to any of my attempts to talk to her or ask her questions. She even asked for my resume through a facebook page she made for this cause when she returned from the conference last term. I did eventually get her to meet with me, though she was 20mins late for our meeting without apology. She seemed to know very little on this subject, and wouldn’t be someone I would pick to help in any scenario. I am not used to petty power struggles and just want to do some good things before I graduate in a year. Does anyone have any advice in dealing with a situation like this? I really would like credit for all the long hours and efforts I will give this organization, and not have this person take credit for all of this while she lives overseas.

Is College Better Than High School?

Are there more people who have similar interest as you. I’m In high school and I really can’t stand it. I have very few friends and out of them I only have 1 I can probably talk to about my interest. I’m autistic and I’m very interested in many thing like history, politics, philosophy, religion, current events and science and I research that stuff on the internet and books but I have no one to talk about it with I think I feel like such a loner and I can’t relate to anyone and feel deppresed and sometimes even want to die. I met a few college students before they seemed so nice and opened in interesting to talk to. I’m opened to being anyone’s friend but I have a reputation of not really being social so nobody talks to me. I’ll be a senior this year and then college starts and ill try being more social but is it better there. I know there are all types of people there but can u find my niche. Sometimes I worry I will never make friends or marry and have kids which is really what I want.
