I am using the Amazon Affiliate program and earned some pocket money. Every time when I get the check and deposit to my bank will charge me 35 USD total. I plan to use the Amazon direct deposit seting, who knows how to setup it. I am using DBS Singapore account. I check DBS official website, but they give me another bank account name which locate in N.Y . This is the details.

So who can tell me how to fill the bank name, ABA code ? I am very confuse about it.

When you hit the $100 threshold on Google, you can obviously get paid. Once you make it, do they send you an email, does something pop up on the adsense screen when you log on, or do they send you the check before the end of the next month without telling you? I just want to know because I am getting really close.

I am a YouTube partner and that is the way I make my money. I accidentally clicked on my own advertisement on one of my videos. I didn’t just do it once. This is like the third or fourth time since I have been a partner. I have been a partner for almost a year now and I am getting close to hitting the threshold and getting my first check from YouTube. Since Google records IP adresses, am I screwed? If they send me an email saying that my account is in danger, will it be after I hit the threshold or before? Should I remove all the advertisements so I can keep my partnership? I really don’t know what to do.
