If anyone can recommend a good midwife for prenatal care…please let me know! Still haven’t been to the doctors yet…my last experience at May Grant can NEVER be repeated. They didn’t have a clue what they were doing…mixed up my blood test with someone else, listed a bacterial infection in my chart (which I did not have), charged my insurance for someone else’s procedure, asked me the gender of my baby every time I went for a check up, I had a different doctor every single time I went in, they pressured me to induce my labor even though I was only one week late and everything looked great, I went to the hospital in labor in the middle of the night only to be sent home and told that I was not in labor because I wasn’t acting like I was in enough pain…my water broke 10 min after getting home (gave birth shortly after thank god we made it to the hospital in time), heck they couldn’t even schedule me for a post-natal check up until 2 months after I gave birth…which my insurance would not cover because it was so late. I live in the Lancaster area in Pennsylvania and don’t want to travel too far for a check up. I would also prefer someone who it affiliated with Women and Babies Hospital. Thanks everyone!

How would Americans feel if they knew the Obama administration just agreed to hand people affiliated with a designated terrorist group a $30 billion dollar check and recognize them as the legitimate rulers of Libya?
Things weren’t looking so good for the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group back in 2004 when they were designated a foreign terrorist group by the State Department. In chilling testimony, then-CIA Director George Tenet warned the Senate Intelligence Committee in 2004 that even if Osama bin Laden’s al-Qaeda was completely destroyed, “a global network of Islamic extremists bent on killing Americans had emerged.” Tenet listed the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG) as one of those groups.
In 2007, the LIFG formally joined al-Qaeda, an event so well documented that even Reuters covered it. Its goals, which it is now close to achieving thanks to airpower help from President Obama and NATO, include killing Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, setting up an Islamic caliphate in Libya and waging international jihad.
The known leaders of the Libyan rebel forces on the ground are all former LIFG fighters, some with documented personal connections to al-Qaeda. The Transitional National Council, which the Obama administration recognized last week as the official government of Libya, is packed with pro-LIFG activists, lawyers who have advocated for imprisoned LIFG fighters, and Islamic scholars from LIFG strongholds.
Something smells strongly of jihad here. http://www.humanevents.com/article.php?i…

I recently made a doctors appointment for my child to get a check up and a few tests done. They called me back and said that I owe money on a few past due bills from a hospital that they are affiliated with. As a result, they refused service for my child and said they can only see her if she is sick. While I would understand denial of service for myself (I currently have no insurance), I’m not sure if it is legal for them to refuse service for my child. My child has insurance and the past due bills from the hospital were for services granted to me, not my child. I understand that doctors need to make money, but they are not taking a risk in seeing my child because she has full coverage. Is there something fishy here, or is this common practice?
