Hai frnds!! i am toooo interested in starting a College, specially Engineering college so i planned to do in my future but their are many engineering colleges r their in my town and also in tamil nadu with different universities right.. if v c in future their will be more colleges than the students joining so i planning to be different from others so its my new idea to get tie up with the Top university in London and v can start a college in India but i dont knw is it possible or not so if u knw the correct info means plzzz.. reply for my Question Dear.. Where Should I Do Ms…?

I am studying 3rd year B Tech in Computer Sciences in a JNTU affiliated college in Hyderabad. I have an aggregate, a little less than an 80. I have decided to go for higher studies and preferably MS…. So now, which is the best place(I mean country) to do MS…
And, how much might it cost…. Will there be anything like scholarships….. One of my friends told me that in Germany we can get 100% scholarships….. Is that true or just a fake rumor……
