in high school. When you dress differently and look differently. I have very big thick lips, big wide eyes and a slim body. I dress “gothic” “emo” “punk”. People always think i am that. I don’t necessarily get made fun of. I get alot of stares like rude stares. Those smiling mean ones and the disgusted stare. Never really anyone came up to me insulting me. I’m a girl and 16. I’m kind of awkward,shy, quiet. , but i just shrug it off and get it over with.
I try to look up instead of looking down and i try to smile more often but it’s just weird, but people always assume i’m angry or sad. I try making new friends but no one wants to not even the people who i think i relate to in terms of style etc. I came off as a “stalker” and “wannabe” i guess. I have unusual features and i wish i can make my lips smaller and wish i were pretty and confident. How can i look confident? I keep caring what people think. I feel if i smile and keep my head up i will trip over something :o.

I have a major motorcycle company that says because one of my websites has the name Harley in it and that’s one name out of four ho++++harleybik++gif++.com its a trademark infringement. I makle no mention of being affiliated don’t sell their stuff or pretend to be part of their organization. Is this worth fighting. Are they in the right or just a big company taking on a little nothing website. I’ve had the name for almost three years

My 9 yr old told me the other day that all the boys are spreading rumors that a boy has a crush on my dtr. She says they laugh, wisper, and say things like when is the wedding? Even though these are innocent comments, it’s just making her uncomfortable. Things I suggested to her are: she can try expressing her feelings. So she can say something like “Stop (behavior), it’s making me (her feeling). OR she can try ignoring the comments and let them see it doesn’t bother her.
What would you suggest? How else can she deal with this?

When you sign a contract with a Minor League team, say a A team, do sign a contract with just that team or the AA & AAA affiliates too? And if you get called up to the Majors then do you sign a seperate contract? Or is it worked into the previous one?
