Lone Star College student Brittany Mobley told CNN affiliate KHOU that she saw the shooting.
“I saw two dudes basically get into an altercation and … the dude that shot, he basically got angry and, you know, started shooting the other guy,” she said. “A lot of people heard a lot of shots.”
A fourth person at the college suffered a heart attack during the shooting, according to a federal law enforcement official who received reports from the scene.
More guns is the answer says the NRA. I say no. Who are you with?

Both were armed and exercising their 2nd amendment rights. They were defending themselves from each other.

Maybe the pro gun conservative answer is that those two innocent students should have been packing weapons to defend themselves from the two other shooters who were defending themselves from each other.
Maybe the pro gun conservative answer is to have all students just shoot each other in self defense. MORE GUNS! YEAH!

When I fill out college applications it always asks if you are affiliated with the military. I always said no, but now i’m starting to think I should choose civilian.

I understand their material is copyrighted. Is there something I can do to make it clear that I don’t own the content, nor claim to? I was thinking of something like switching off monetization (which I wouldn’t have put on anyway), or writing a comment in the description saying something like “this content is wholly owned by the BBC. I own no part of it.”
Thing is, I’m trying to post a clip from Top Gear. I know that they have their own YouTube channel, but I still see hundreds of other TG videos from people who aren’t affiliated with Top Gear or the BBC in general. Why are they allowed to post TG stuff?

If you are browsing eBay, and see a listing that explicitly states that you are buying a custom Xbox controller, not affiliated with Microsoft in any way, when does it become an illegal listing?
1. When the controller was repainted with original art that is not licensed.
2. When the controller was modded for rapid fire.
3. When the controller had a copyrighted logo painted as part of the art.
4. When the controller had modifications to the hardware itself (led, custom thumb sticks, etc.)
If there is anywhere that I can see in print what makes a custom controller ‘illegal for sale’ it would be a huge help, but searching has been no help this far.
