I’d like to watch an anime movie with some romance! 😀 haha i LOVED Howl and Sophie and would love a similar happy ending love story 🙂 I’ve seen every miyazaki film affiliated with studio ghibli, but most of his works are for a younger audience. I’ve also seen Whispers of the Heart (?) and the girl who leapt through time, which I enjoyed alright, not as much as HMC but that can’t be helped xD So, got any good suggestions? My friend is having a problem with an employee at a salon he manages with his mom. They hired a manicurist and she began handing out pamphlets to customers about Christianity. Because we live in a very culturally mixed area they received complaints immediately. They talked to her about the pamphlets and she stopped moving to conversations during the treatments. A very generous as well as nice Hindu woman and another employee state that her conversations are:
“Doing anything this weekend”
-Client says they are not Christian or do not believe in God.
“Well, You should come to my church. I have really turned my life around being in the light of Christ”
-Client declines.
“You have a very beautiful (son/daughter/ young relative) I would hate to see the in Heaven without you by their side.
or
“Do you know exactly what would happen if you died to today, I do and I want to share the truth with you.”
After that she stops.
They have issued verbal and written reprimands but she continued to persist. Finally they told he she would be terminated the next time she converses to a client about religion. The next shift she came in a handed my friend a letter from a lawyer from her local church who is also affiliated with the Alliance Defense Fund. The letter states that her belief as a Evangelical Christian is to share with others Jesus Christ and if the fire her it would be a violation of her civil rights to religion and free speech. Can my friend fire the woman?

This is theoretically speaking:
I want to report someone I know and is “close” with. One of my former best friend I’ve known for 10 years has recently started selling large quantities of drugs. I personally hate him, and he also hates me. But in front of each other, we pretend we are good friends. I have a grudge against him because he back stabbed me many times with personal attacks and overall a bad history since i’ve known him. Although I never once betrayed him back or done anything bad in return for his personal attacks. I think its time for him to pay up, so I want to turn him to the police.
Although he is in his early 20s, he has family connections to cheap drugs(he has older dealers in his family) and has been selling large quantities to a big network of younger dealers. He is starting to make a large amount of money.
I know information about him, that only his “friends” would (including certain locations, location of his drugs, his family members that sell/manufacture), but if i report it to the police through an anonymous online tip. Will my tip be shown in court?
He will instantly know it is me who reported the tip, and he may harm my family members. He has siblings affiliated to gangs and FOR CERTAIN will get revenge. He knows where some of my family member works and I do not want to put them at risk.
Is there a way where I can report him without giving out too much detail? Can I just give the police his name, and his family members names that sell/manufacture drugs? What information can I give the police without jeopardizing my identity in court?
Furthermore, he has friends that are in the police and they know what he is doing, but they don’t bother to investigate him. If I submit a tip will the police that drinks and smoke weed with him give him my identity?
Please no answers flaming me for being a narc or a “snitch”.
I have my reasons and will make him pay up.

I’m trying to understand what lil Wayne is trying to say with his teardrop tattoos on both sides (one side usually means crips or bloods, but both sides?). He also wears a cincinnati reds hat (red hat with a c) red is for bloods, but there’s a c instead of a b(why not Boston red sox hat?) does the c have anything to do with crips? I heard that the Cincinnati reds hat could mean blood & crip unity, but I don’t really believe that. He always talks about RED this RED that, and everything’s always red, so I really he think if he is gang affiliated, it’s blood. But I’m still sort of confused. Does anyone know anything about this?

I don’t care for Rae, GFK, or GZA for the most part. I enjoy some of their verses and features but I don’t necessarily look forward to their verses on songs I am hearing for the first time…

I’m in this cca (co curricular activity) with a lot of guys. There’s this guy I have a crush on, Now I have been reading up a lot of whether a guy’s interested in me, but he’s a shy guy. He is also very involved in the cca and has a lot of passion for the cca. Therefore whenever he participates in it, he will be oblivious to me throughout the training sessions. He makes fun of me sometimes on facebook and he seems really disinterested in girls till I realized he knows a lot of pretty girls. He’s usually loud with his friends in the cca but when we are both participating in the same part, he becomes quiet with me. I don’t know if it is because he is shy. He rarely or never talks to me in the cca because girls are rare in the cca. He is also “affiliated” with another girl in the cca and there was a lot of teasing about him liking that girl. I take sneaky long glances at him when he is doing things and once, he caught me and I glanced away quickly though I don’t know whether he noticed. He behaves indifferently to me and concentrates on the cca during the cca activity but he is very friendly and active on facebook. He acts as if I don’t exist in the room but at the same time aware of me.. I don’t know how he feels. Though all the signs are pointing towards him not liking me back too. I need help?
