I am pretty upset, I start up my computer and it has this Hamachi crap that I never even knew I installed, and it’s so intrusive that it won’t let me uninstall it (easily, at least). I have no idea how to do this and am not very skilled with computers, so if someone could give me a kind of “How to Permanently Uninstall Hamachi and All its Components/Affiliates: For Dummies” I would be much obliged.
Thanks. Please, be as specific as possible.

A Windows Microsoft company gave me a call and suggested to help me remove malicious files on my PC. I was vigilant at first but as they claimed to be affiliated with Microsoft i of couse said why not, I can always hang up if something’s fishy.
I’d never gotten a call from Microsoft, at least not that i’m aware of but i don’t know, anyway. The directed me to www.windowspcsecurity.com (safe?) and had me Connect to Tech Support; I wasn’t too sure what it meant but it gave them access to my computer and with that they explained the sources to certain problems on my PC and such.
Come the end they referred me to their website onestopplus which i KNOW has a bad reputation, i had No idea this was their intention and after seeing the prices i passed.
I shut down my computer and now i’m wondering if thats enough to revoke their access to my computer?

I usually punch in the website I want, which takes me to Google and I go to the first site, assuming it is what I wanted. I just got my Turbo Tax card in the mail and wanted to activate it. I couldn’t, called, it worked, but the site still wouldn’t work. I finally realized I was at myturbotaxcard.com, (it says A GreenDot Corporation). I want turbotaxcard, which is Intuit.
Is Myturbotax affiliated somehow, or is it a scam? Nothing went threw, but I did type in info. It is to late to call TurboTax right now.

i was wondering, what happens when a customer visits the vendors page through my hoplink, waits for somedays and confirms if he should buy the product. And re-visits the vendors page directly without going through my hoplink (obviously, by now he knows the url of the vendors page of the product he’s interested in) and makes the payment, will i still get my comission? If not, then is there a way to avoid this from happening?

I have used my hobbies to help bring in a little extra cash. Such as house plant and perennial work. But it doesn’t bring much in.
I have looked into freelance writing. I have done many articles for news papers etc… for free. But have never been paid for freelance as of yet.
Also I have seen for example: If some one is into photography and desk top publishing, some have ran photo contest for the best looking child, pet etc… There may be a charge to enter. But that is where they get there pay out money for first prize.
Others have let people enter there own photo to see if they qualify to be published. Regardless of how great the photo is, the person running the business says, your photo qualified. If you want a copy of the published book that contains your photo the price is insane. Could be $35.00 or even $80.00 for the published book. That is how the publisher makes the money.
What have you found that you have fun with and make money at the same time.
NO SPAM PLEASE!
No chain letters, stuffing envelopes or sending out fancy magazines with the promise of making a fortune. I do know that some people make money with affiliate marketing etc… But only people that are really computer trained have luck with that kind of thing.
I look forward to real answers. Not the empty promises of making money with a secret spam program that makes people so rich they can buy new boats, homes, cars etc… That is fraud!
