So, in 2010? I think it was 2010 (it was either my junior or sophomore year of highschool) my mother’s dumb a$$ husband was arrested at my house. Seriously, the whole SWAT team came. Early in the morning about to leave to go to band practice and police officers banging on the door. They were pretty much doing an all around sweep in San Antonio of all the ex members of some stupid a$$ gang named “La Emma” f*cking retards, and my moms husband used to be in it or whatever. Anyways, they (the cops) made me get on the floor, handcuffed me, my mom, and her sorry stupid husband, and they asked if I had anything bad in my room, I said no, because I didn’t have anything at all. No drugs, no gang affiliated stuff, so they told me that they would not raid my room. Mind that I was crying the whole time because I was so freaked out, and those jerk cops RAIDED MY ROOM.
Bottom line, they took belongings of mine even though I had nothing to do with it and I haven’t gotten any of it back. They took about two photo/digital sd cards that had loads of my treasured pictures of my life and the people in it probably both 1G, and about two or three jump/pin drives, maybe 1G each, filled with pictures, music, school assignments.. And… I would just really like my stuff back. Even if I have to pay ridiculous amounts of money for it, I just want my memories back.
Can anyone PLEASE tell me what I might be able to do to get it all back, and is that even possible? ? Thankyou.

A year ago, I sold a car to someone who never returned my license plates. Then a few months later USAA sent me a letter saying that I was at fault for a car accident. I was scared, and realized that this woman had gotten a hold of my license plates and got in a car crash and the cops didn’t run all the info all the way through.
I had filed a report about the stolen license plates but I never got a chance to get the actual police report and they had a hard time finding it without the number they wrote on a card for me. Well I got the registration for the car the license plate belonged to and sent it to USAA to finish it out and they said they were good and that the woman who actually was in the accident wanted to accept full financial responsibility.
Recently the financial department from an insurance company that was affiliated with USAA has been coming after me since the woman hasn’t payed recently. Can they still do that?
The dept. of safety in my state sent a letter to me saying:
” We have recieved a release submitted for the crash that occurred on SEP 1, 2011.”
Can I get out of this and doesn’t the letter from the dept. of safety mean that I am no longer responsible?

Also would it be just one bank account i would have to set up or two? offline and online?
or would i have to link it some how?

I can connect but it says espn3 access not decteted then it says we could not determine if ulyour tv provider is affiliated with espn3. The thing is I am I have. Chater Internet and tv. Please help. I want to watch live games.

there is a troublesome tenant in the building im staying in. She’s constantly agitating the other tenants and can be found to be the source of ALL the issues that take place here. Just recently I overheard her plotting to have some of the neighborhood children, whom are most likely affiliated with some sort of gang, harass and assault the people who live with me in my unit as well as the other tenants. I’m getting sick and tired of this old witch and I’m looking for a way to remove her. I consulted with another tenant on the matter and they suggested making a petition and having everyone in the building sign it, would that really help? I would appreciate it if anyone could come up with any other ideas to help.
P.s. I would try talking with the current apartment manager but it appears that hes on her side of the matter, seeing as though he goes out of his way defend during previous confrontations,
