Affiliate Marketing Secrets

I’ve heard a lot about Forex affiliate programs and people are making lot of money with them, please suggest me some affiliates I also want to earn through them. Please give the process in details so that it becomes really useful to me.

I am interested in creating image and text ads for my product that I can track.
So if anyone would like to place my add on their website and I get traffic and sales from that website, I’d be able to tell, and be able to pay the commission to the advertiser.
Is there a platform or service like this???

I keep receiving email offers from them. Are they for real?

I’ve tried different numbers affiliated with me and none of them work, I have no idea what a P number is.
Is it a student thing or a number i’ve been assigned and I’m not aware of. Or is it something I should know and i’m just overthinking it so much I blanked it out.

There is a long story affiliated with this, but here’s the short version:
I have worked with this girl for 4 years.
We have been as close as “work friends” can be, but the over last couple of months we have been distant.
We never saw each other outside of work.
We have always taken interest in each other’s life. But we have barely made any physical contact (we are both awkwardly shy).
She has always had a boyfriend since before we met, so I’ve never made a move on her. But, I’ve never really hid the fact that I like her.

Here is the important part:
She stayed after work for half an hour the other day just to talk to me (I was still working). We caught up a little bit, as we haven’t seen each other in a while.
In that timeframe, she found at least 5 reasons to touch me and hugged me 3 times.
That was weird to me, because she has never been the touchy-feely type. I think she is still dating the guy, but do you guys think this has any meaning? Should I go after her?
