Affiliate Marketing Secrets

I want to act as an affiliate for a currency exchange broker online.
If i create a page on my website which is a ‘recommended broker’ page and refer my customers to a particular broker for which in return I get a commission, does that require FSA regulation.
If not, does anyone know any exact section in the FSMA that exempts this kind of activity from being regulated.

I am planning on moving from my duplex to a cheaper apartment affiliated with my university. My original lease was from March 2012 until September 2012. I told my landlord I want to extend my lease, but never signed any paperwork for the extension. So, my question is, would it count as a broken lease if I moved out in January? Hey guys, im looking to buy a “new” bmw MINI for my first car because i have always wanted a mini and because ive heard they are reliable and have some power behind them.
the one ive set my eye on is a mini cooper with 124000 miles on the clock, is this a bad thing? or will the fact that its german made not make it a factor?
also any opinions on the mini would be great as well if possible!
