Can I Technically Participate In Ellen’s 12-day Christmas Giveaway?

I am writing a letter (knowing this is a HUGE stretch) to the Ellen show asking to be on the 12-day giveaway show.
Here’s the deal. She is a syndicated program. I work for a CBS affiliate station (a news station that is a CBS affiliate), and we happen to carry the Ellen show in the afternoon.
Because I don’t work for her show, or any of the companies that gift to her show, etc. Do you think I would still be okay?
This is of course if hell freezes over, and I actually was granted a shot at being on. I just want to know that I’m not asking for something that is basically against the rules to begin with.
I checked the rules for 12-Days, and can’t find anything that stands out, but before I send my letter, I just thought I’d see what others think. Again, I know my chances are slim to none. But, there’s no point in sending the letter if I wouldn’t be able to attend at all b/c of qualifications.
Thanks!

Yahoo Flickr Photos: Okay To Create Separate ‘set’ For Each Session If I Want Maximum Public Viewing?

Am the designated website photographer for a niche sports team. Everytime there’s a session, which is usually practice, or sometimes a social event of the players, I click photos and upload them onto my flickr account but as a ‘new set.’
Considering there are links like RSS, is this a good way to go? What will yield maximum public coverage, since am pasting separate sets’ flickr links into separate blogs on the website?
Or is it better to just continue adding photos to the same main set, considering users may have subscribed to the RSS link?

Free Online Children’s Literature Course – Blog?

It’s a long shot, but a few years ago I found a blog where the owner was conducting an informal children’s literature course over the summer through their blog. I have searched high and low for this, but have been unable to refind it. I am pretty sure that it was not affiliated with any college or university, just an opportunity for teachers, librarians and anyone else interested to learn more about children’s literature. If I remember correctly the background was gray or light brown. If anyone can offer any suggestions, I would be most grateful! Thank you!

Why Are Dragons Den Refusing To Allow Me To Present My Invention Aroma?

This is the third time I’ve had a letter from the BBC-Dragons Den saying that at present they would not be able to consider my application to come on the show with my invention AROMA.
My invention has been patented at a great cost to me and I’ve devoted years of hard work to develop it and it also cost me my marriage and ate up my life savings.
AROMA is basically a device that removes the odor and sound of people who are experiencing or suffering from flatulence.
Anal Removal of Odor Mist Aspirator.
It is a small device like an anal plug that contains within it a spindle and a catalytic converter with a very small turbine that houses chemicals that react to methane and diffuse the foul odor by replacing it with pleasant odors. The spindle also mutes the sound of any gas escaping.
It comes in different colours and has many nice odors to disperse like vanilla, cinnamon and lavender to name a few.
It retails at £20 for the device with 3 monthly top ups of the spindle and converter at £5.
Just imagine the benefits of AROMA.
No more will you be embarrassed if your suffering from flatulence AROMA will simply mute the noise of the gas exploding by diverting it through the spindle and the converter and turbine will change the molecular structure of the methane into beautiful aroma’s.
It’s been tried and tested on Bessie…that’s my pet Alsatian and I myself have also tested it on myself.
We have suppositories for many medical problems and within the sex industry there are toys and gadgets that males and females use for pleasure so that attitude were it may be unsafe is not going to cut much ice.
It is a innovative product, well ahead of it’s time and could revolutionize the niche for something everyone even your Pope and Queen suffer from at times so it can cross all class barriers and people like Duncan Ballantyne and the other Dragons can’t see a good thing when it’s sat practically under their noses.
Is this fair and the decent way to treat me and AROMA?
