I’m 16 & I do like this jumper. But what are your thoughts on it?

I can’t afford a $50 jacket, do you guys think i can find a jacket like this at a thrift store??

Also please, can i find nice clothes at a thrift store? I will probably have to spend LESS than $70 this year for school clothes.
My style is nothing really, just plain ol’ shirt, jeans, and sneakers or boots but how can i grunge-ify my look a bit???
