Which Of These Two Characters Should Wear The Wizard Hat?

I am writing a sword art online fanfiction involving my own characters. The story is going to take place in the original Sword Art Online during the first ark. As those of you who know what SAO is, there is no magic in the first game. As such, I thought I would make a joke by having one of these two characters wear a wizard hat; however, I am having trouble deciding which one would be more fitting.
Name: Leaf
Backstory: He’s a 15 year old American tourist who went to Japan with his Father; who was on a business trip. While there, he decided he would try the brand new Sword Art Online, virtual reality MMO; and ended up getting trapped in the game like everyone else.
After a year long time skip. He is shown to have become a highly successful thief within the game. His basic MO is to hit his targets with paralysis poison, open a trade window, take their stuff, then drop them off at a “safe spot” near town. Despite being a non-PKer he has an unusually high bounty that even rivals some of the lesser Laughing Coffin members.
Appearance: He is described as being lightly built, with medium length jet black hair and dark brown eyes, and tanned skin.
Personality: He is a complete jackass and even admits to being a narcissist. Throughout the story, he shows a very snarky and sarcastic sense of humor. He is also shown to have very loose morals, and even resorts to using trickery to get ahead within the game.
Combat Abilities: Unlike most players, Leaf has focused his stats on his speed and evasion, rather than actual combat. He has completely maxed out his hiding ability which in combination with a special item; he is even able to hide from characters that have top perception. Preferring ranged abilities over melee, he has invested a large amount of points in his throwing skill; and is especially good with poisoned daggers.
His absolute best ability however, is his alchemy. Leaf spends much of his time running experiments, and trying to perfect different formulas. As a result, he holds a number of gadgets such as; smoke bombs, flash bombs, flammable liquids, poisons, and so on.
————————————-
Name: Raisa
Backstory: She is a spunky 17 year old girl, and a major detective sloof. As was one of the top beta testers in the game, she has used her extensive knowledge of the game in order to get ahead of other players. She had initially joined the game along with her younger brother; however, due to her own overconfidence, he had been killed during an ambush by Laughing Coffin. She herself only survived only through the intervention of Kirito who had stumbled upon the event by chance. Since then, she has become a legendary bounty hunter; and has taken it upon herself to hunt down and exterminate as many PKs as she can, especially those affiliated with Laughing Coffin.
Appearance: She is described a medium height teenager, with dark brown hair and bright blue eyes. Her in game attire consists of a blood red armored dress, which along with her weapon of choice, has earned her nicknames such as; the Scarlet Maiden, and the Crimson Reaper.
Personality: She is described as extremely eccentric, and has used her detective level deductive reasoning skills to track down and kill; high ranking members of PK and bandit guilds, on several occasions. What she prides herself most on, however; is her combat abilities, and has even claimed to be the best female player in the game; despite it being well known that she had lost a duel with Asuna from the Knights of Blood.
When first meeting Leaf, she initially had a very low opinion of his abilities. Since then however, she has developed an almost obsessive goal of capturing him; as she considers him the only other player resourceful enough to keep up with her. Leaf has accused her on several occasions of being a tsundere, but she has firmly denied it.
Combat Abilities: Her fight style is described as aggressive and unpredictable. She utilizes a long scythe like pole arm, which she uses to hook and disarm her opponents. Her special attack is what she has dubbed; the “scythe dance”, which makes use of wide ranged spinning motions that allow her to attack and defend at the same time.

Are These Credentials Or Crudentials For Becoming A U.s. President?

Democrat President John F. Kennedy is lauded as a proponent of civil rights. However, Kennedy voted against the 1957 Civil Rights Act while he was a senator, as did Democrat Sen. Al Gore Sr. And after he became President, Kennedy was opposed to the 1963 March on Washington by Dr. King that was organized by A. Phillip Randolph, who was a black Republican. President Kennedy, through his brother Atty. Gen. Robert Kennedy, had Dr. King wiretapped and investigated by the FBI on suspicion of being a Communist in order to undermine Dr. King.
Silly Leftist Liberals, every Left Wing Progressive bum knows that Democrats are the real Communist.
Obama endorsed by Communist Party USA, Sam Webb Democrat CA Chairman, Communist support for Obama reelection bid
Posted on August 4, 2012
“Barack Obama was an active participant in the 1990s, and a direct political beneficiary, of the Chicago New Party and, importantly, the Chicago DSA, a group of socialists affiliated with the Democratic Socialists of America.”…Matthew Weaver, October 2008
From World Net Daily August 3, 2011.
“It may be early in the campaign season, but the Communist Party USA already has seen fit to endorse Barack Obama for the 2012 election.
While noting he is disappointed with “some aspects” of the Obama administration’s domestic and foreign policy, Sam Webb, chairman of the Communist Party USA, threw his support behind Obama’s re-election bid.
In an article last week at People’s Weekly World, the official newspaper of the Communist Party USA, Webb discussed the need for a third party consisting of the so-called working class and labor as well as “racially and nationally oppressed people, women, youth, immigrants, seniors, gay and straight.

Libel? Would I Have A Case Or Are These Just Hostile People?

This was on an open, public facebook account with my name tagged into the photo. I didn’t know I was tagged until just yesterday, where I promptly untagged myself and reported the comments. Before untagging myself, I took a video of all the comments made. The photo had me and a “supposed friend” at a party. These statements were made on December 28th, 2010. I was tagged with these statements for 2.5 years. My picture is still affiliated with these statements. This has been reported to facebook.
Individuals 1 and 2 I knew from high school. Individual 1 harassed me in high school and then later in college. We never interacted–we never hung out or talked to each other. He hated me from the start and it was until much later that I learned it was because I was dating a girl he liked. This continued for several years. I was afraid of him in high school and is the reason why I learned martial arts. Individual 2 I knew in high school. We rarely interacted individually unless a group of friends were present. Otherwise, lengthy conversations never took place.
Individual 3 I only knew threw my ex’s (girlfriend at the time) brother as he was dating individual 3. I considered her as a friend, but later learned that she never liked me from the beginning. Through slander and libel, she caused me a lot of grief. I lost friends, had major depression and anxiety, and had people approach me for things I hadn’t done, for which both my ex and her brother denied and defended me for. I am still friends with my ex and her brother.
Individuals 1, 2, and 3 were all friends at the time. Individual 1 is no longer friends with individual 2 or 3. Individuals 2 and 3 are still friends. They have been known to turn fact into fiction with grandiose exaggeration.
Two of the individuals I knew from high school. The first individual and I talked every now and then, but never hung out. The second individual simply hated me from the beginning because I was dating a girl he liked. This I didn’t know. I was afraid of this individual in high school. High school graduation was 2007. The third individual I had only met recently through a friend, but had minimal interaction with, which changed over time as she became slanderous to my name. Other people randomly came up to me angry for things that had never transpired. Due to the slander, I lost several “friends.”
These are direct quotes.
Individual 1: “I hate that guy so much :P”
Individual 2: “I know! He is such a jerk, I mean look at this photo, he clearly doesn’t understand me so his blood vessels exploded everywhere.”
Individual 1: “What an ***.”
Individual 2: “Exactly. I hate him. :'(”
Individual 1: “Let’s sell him off to aggregate farmers in Nepal.”
Individual 2 (This quote in particular was shocking and upsetting):
“I was going to kill him but that plan makes money and less blood is involved. I second
that motion.”
Individual 1: Passed.
Individual 2: “I just noticed that (my name) and I have photos of him and I. Yep, totally hate him.”
Individual 1: “What a fagmuffin.”
Individual 2: “Oh totally. Wait, no, he is pumpkin spice.”
I don’t entirely understand that statement.
Individual 3: “That’s totally what happens when (my name) pisses me off. See? He’s even hanging his
head in shame of what he obviously did wrong.”
Individual 2: “Sooo true. This is why we hate him.”
I am highly educated in science, but not with the law.
Would this be a case for libel, something else, or perhaps nothing at all?
