What To Think Of This Situation? Stranger Wants Me To Work With Him?

Here’s the situation. I was at work, I work the sales floor at big 5 sporting goods. I asked a customer if he needs help with anything. We start talking about some stuff behind the gun counter which transitionsinto a casual conversation. After about 15 he asks to meet me for coffee the next day. Not sure what to think I agree mostly out of curiosity. I meet him for coffe, starts with light conversation. Then I ask him what he does. He was very vague, says he works some sort of affiliate marketing, and that he finds people to help, mentor, and build leaders out of. THen he proceeds to explain to me the state of the economy, goes on a rant about amazon and Google, talks about how to get rich in today’s world. Finally he kind of gets to the point and tells me I could get involved if I’m interested, keep in mind I still don’t understand what he’s asking me to get involved with. He gives me a business card that says nothing more than “portico” with his name and number on it, and a cd calf rich plan poor plan. Then he invited me to come to his house Wed and meet his “team” and that I should bring my wife. I tried getting him to be more specific but he still didn’t elaborate much. He was a nice guy and seemed very intelegent. I just don’t know what to think about it. Has anyone had this kind of experience before that could maybe clue me onto what’s going on?

Can Anyone Please Help Me Think Of Ideas For My Manga ?

I can draw , but my imagination sucks pretty much . ><
Well I thought of something like a girl named Anastasia Crespelle / Lemaitre and she's being captured in the Labyrinth in a church of a high school in Japan . The Labyrinth is based on the third level of the church which is out of bounds to people . Okay maybe not neccessarily out of bounds , but there's been this rumour that there's a ghost on the third level and intruders would be found missing . ( Maybe examples of intruders and real cause of getting missing ? )
But so ! There's this guy named Kaito and he's a freshman in that school . He can be a delinquent or a nice guy , it depends . He ventures into the third level of the church without knowing of the ' curse ' or rumour and sees Anastasia .
He then returns to the third level almost every single day for lunch ( as he has few / no friends ) and eventually gets to know Anastasia . She is a intelligent person , who can ' read ' minds from people's actions and the way they talk .
PROBLEM :
1. Why did Anastasia get captured and sent to the church in Japan ? ( She's some rich aristocrat's daughter by the way ) Is she a pawn or a traded object and affiliated with the school's heads ?
2. Very very important . How should this story continue ? Mystery ( of the school ) ? Or what ? It's going to end by having World War II and she getting reunited with Kaito after the war . How are they going to get separated ?
Best answer gets 10 points . Please help !!
Thank you ! (:

Are You Getting Tired Of Adam Sandler Movies?

To paraphrase Howard Stern, he’s just not that funny. All his movies are predictable derivatives of each other. The typical plot: Underdog, two-dimensional nice guy/family guy fights against two-dimensional cardboard cutout bad guy, scatological humor ensues, good guy wins, and usually wins girl. The only thing that changes between his movies are the movies’ titles and characters’ names. In almost all of his movies he is wealthy and manages to end up with a blonde that in real life would be totally unattainable. In fact, the uglier he gets as he ages, the younger the women get.
I mildly liked some of his mid-90’s stuff (Billy Madison) but he really isn’t that funny, and frankly if this is the best our (American) studios can make as far as comedy, it’s pretty embarrassing. There is very little really good comedy out there and Sandler just seems to monopolize this niche with his crap..

Should I Ask My Former To Be My Professor???? Answer Me And I’ll Answer You!?

So I’ll try to keep this succinct: so creative writing is pretty much my passion/my niche in life and I took this class my freshman year of college three years ago with an AMAZING professor who resonated so well for me, he taught me so much and I definitely saw myself in him, and essentially, he just inspired me so much. So I started a novel around a year later after thinking about his class and the impact it had on me. Well the thing that impacted me the most was when he wrote on one of my essays once: “Do you write a lot? It sure seems to me like you write a lot, given your style.” he gave me many other compliments as well that just got me to think. So currently, I’m about 90 pages into this novel that I just feel it’s a story I NEED to tell would it be completely inappropriate if I emailed this old professor (he’s a published novelist as well, with lots of connections too) and ask him to be my mentor, or at the very least read what I’ve got so far in my novel and comment on it? It’s my dream and if he could be an advocate to make it happen that would be miraculous! He’s a nice guy too, but it’s still intimidating. He was once the writer in residence at a major university.
S would I make a fool out of myself to ask or no?? What are the pros and cons?? He probably doesn’t even remember who I am…
