I Am A Legal French Citizen But Have Never Lived There And Would Now Like To Move There. Advice…?

My situation: I am dual citizen of France and the US because my father is French and I was born in the the US. I speak extremely little French but am currently trying learn as much as I can. I am married with two small children ages 2 and 3 and my husband is a US citizen only and does not speak French but is currently trying to learn. He works in the Electro – Maintenance Field and I am currently a stay at home mom. We would like to move within the next year so that our children will still be young enough to pick up the language naturally and have a relatively easy transition into the French school system. The French culture and way of thinking has always appealed to me and I have always dreamed of one day moving to France to reconnect with my French heritage and pass it along to my children. I feel it will give my kids a broader prospective on the world and the gift of being bilingualism. I wished I would have learned French as a child and both my husband and I want our children to have as many opportunities in life as we can give them. We want to stay at least a couple of years but our open to the possibility to staying very long term… we are keeping an open mind.
What I do know: My children are entitled to French citizenship through me. My husband is legally able to obtain a work visa because of my status as a French citizen.
What I’d like advice about: I have done some internet digging on expat blog sites but everyone talks about the difficulty in finding work and obtaining work visas for non french citizens… I realize it will not be easy for us to find work but does anyone out there have a similar situation to ours. That is, we already have legal status to work. Our main hurdle I’m sure is our very limited knowledge of French, but I’m trying to find out some loophole I guess. Does anyone know of a niche where we might be able to get decent work while building our knowledge of French after we move there. For an American or English company with offices in France… possibly??? If you can point us in the right direction we would appreciate it. Also, ideally we would like for one of us to find work before we move. Is this realistic? What area of France should we aim for?

Why Is There An Effort To Blur The Distinction Between Foreign And Domestic Players Considering Acts Of War?

It’s exceptionally important to maintain existing legal standards, that already address an American citizen functioning with alien interests. That distinction is recognized in the charge of “treason”, which makes an American a foreign actor–instead of a citizen.
This is exceptionally important as it relates to the standing rights of average Americans. In domestic courts as well as military courts, each person is already entitled to a trial–that has never been legitimately revoked. Foreigners charged with attacking Americans, are maintained in courts designated for foreign actors.
Should a charge against an American be that they are alien or treasonous–they are charged in the domestic court unless they are affiliated with a foreign entity.
Should there be an inversion of the domestic legal standards (speedy trial vs indefinite detention w/o trial) it is the subversion of Constitutional law that takes the greatest loss.
That subversion is being presented in this Congressional effort.
The greater loss is extended to the American people, and not those who attack the USA. An error of judgment or special interest as dictated by an authority, is a potential for a great loss that cannot fairly be overcome through existing legal practices.http://news.yahoo.com/confrontation-brew…

What Do You Think Of My Book Idea?

Here’s the stupid little paragraph that is supposed to be intriguing.
In a world where nothing is a secret, and you have no place to hide, a failed government plans to eliminate a whole group of individuals that share the common job of finding food for the country’s citizens. In hopes of decreasing the large population that is not able to be contained, in ‘benefit of the whole country’, this planned homicide is aired across every home, as every citizen is put into a state of hysteria. The only thing that lingers on everyone’s mind, is the hanging question. How to survive until the population is decreased enough to have the food provided for them once again b y the government. The stores and markets will be out of food soon, as many will run to pack up on food that will most likely not last. The hope will be vague, but many will still have the urge to kill others for a single loaf of bread that they could take home to their awaiting starving family. But what if some are not playing their game? Just… Just what if some are planning to die to be able to live? And if so, who will see the next day? Those that choose to fight for food, or those that do not?
So, what do you think?

Being Deported, Drug Cartels, Losing Citizenship…..interesting! Is This Possible?

Is this scenario at all possible? if not, what would make it more realistic??
– citizen of argentina and u.s.a (born in Argentina)
-lives in canada (canadian visa)
-visiting mexico.
– affiliated with drug cartels (big connections)
– involved in transporting and distribution of drugs (from mexico to u.s.)
– murdered someone ( in mexico)
– gets caught for it all!!!!!!!
would this happen?
1. visa declined in canada?
2. loss of citizenship with US
3. deported back to Argentina (first/home land)
