Abortion Question For The Christians?

I understand that most people who are religiously affiliated believe that after an abortion, the embryo or fetus (depending on the trimester) is sent to Heaven.
1. Do you believe the embryo stays an embryo in Heaven?
2. If not, what age do you think they are transformed into when they get to Heaven? Newborn, Toddler, Child, Teen, Young Adult, Adult, Elderly, ect?
I’m curious.

Christians: Do You Have Dilemmas Like This?

I used to be a big fan of bands such as Green Day, Fall Out Boy, Cartel, Metallica, New Found Glory, Three Days Grace, Queen, Aerosmith, Foreigner, AC/DC, Linkin Park, etc, but then I felt bad and switched to a “Christian and clean secular music only” diet, so as not to affiliate my music with sex, drugs, cussing, etc. However, one thing I’ve noticed is that so much Christian music itself promotes theological doctrine that is problematic in nature, and then it seemed as if I was being a hypocrite when still enjoying films like the Marvel flicks, The Dark Knight Trilogy, etc because they often featured some level or another of violent, sexual, or profane content, and that I might as well have stuck with Green Day, Metallica, Fall Out Boy, etc. I still continue to have this dilemma even now, because no matter what, I almost feel damned if I do, damned if I don’t. Also, I can’t help but feel as if, even though I do like a lot of Christian music and still try to stick to a largely Christian music “diet”, a lot of secular artists simply have got the Christian music side beat in talent and catchiness in songs. I feel like few, if any, Christian bands that I like are able to really stand against the sheer talent of bands like Queen and Fun (both of whom have very impressive gang vocals and instrumental experimentation and composition). Is there a lot of good Christian music out there? Yes, but I do feel as if, even though I like it, like I’m sometimes being cheated or settling for less, or even listening to music that is just as lyrically problematic as a lot of secular music. And what’s frustrating is that this covers virtually all the genres of Christian music that I’ve sampled.
Anyways, I don’t wish to come across as being petty or stupid, but this is a genuine question that I would like to ask fellow Christians on here.

The C&MA(christian and missionary alliance) has been affiliated with 12 boarding schools for children of missionaries located around the world….
there have been reports of child abuse at all of these schools
the first to speak publicly were former students of the mamou alliance academy….
if this is factual evidence??…why is it accepted within your church??

Why Are African Americans So Affiliated With Christianity?

Its not a racist Question. I know others are probably just a religious, but i wanted to be more specific. Do you think it had more to do with culture and an upbringing or is there more to it.
I ask this because i’m the only atheist in my African American Family. The rest are Christians. Most just claim it but probably don’t know **** about it or even care to know. I dont see how any one can be a christian “AT ALL” but i guess… Its whatever. So yea, Why do you think so many AA’s are Affiliated with christianity. 87 percent of them.

Private University,religious Affiliation?urgent Help!?

So I am applying to a private university and like many other private universities, this one is affiliated with a religion. It is a private Christian university? The programs and education they offer seem great however I am Catholic. Catholics are Christians. At my school I have participated in Christian club at my school( many people from my Catholic Church attend this club, too). The bible is universal as well as the talks and hey it’s always good to be open minded. Should I say on the application that I have been involved in this club as well?

A Summer Road Trip With Christians?

okay i’m 22 and became Christian 2 years ago.. since then it has been very hard finding my “niche” in life, as well as a loyal group of likeminded radical believers..
anyways, this past summer i went on a 2 week discipleship school.. it had about 300 people and i was hoping it would lead me to friendship.
i ended up not making ANY real friends because almost everyone came with a group of friends, and i came alone.
anyways over the last few days at this school, a few people came up to me and told me that “God wanted me to tell you don’t worry about it.” this guy didn’t know what that meant, but said it was “between you and God”..
that was awesome because i worry alot about my direction, faith, etc….
and a day later this girl, whom i admired throughout the week for her adventurous, carefree spirit (something i try to emulate), actually came up to me and told me that throughout the week, God had been telling her to tell me, “God wants you to recognize Him”…
this adventurous girl told me that, and later that night the group i was with announced this “wilder tour”.. where its basically a road trip around the united states, saving souls and preaching to people.
that is what i’ve always dreamed of, so i take those two things as signs from God.
anyways, when i got home from this 2 week school, this girl responded to an old-ish email of mine who ran a ministry on Warped Tour (2 month long music festival in the USA).
i met them on warped tour before the 2 week school i went on.
i figured they’d have tons of people asking if they could join and hit the road with them and travel the USA… the weird thing is NOBODY asked. so she said i could join if i want.
from what i’ve said, does it sound like God wants me to do this?
