Weight Loss & Dieting Questions?

I’m 16, 5’7 and I weight about 150lbs I want to lose weight for the summer but I’m clueless how. I know the basics; eating healthy & excercise. I want to lose 2lbs per week or at least lose 20lbs in 2 weeks..how could I do that? 500 calories a day & excercise? Also all I drink is water but just out of curiousity how does water help lose weight?
Last thing I don’t have a gym member ship so is it possible if I worked out at home in my basement would that have the same affect on me as going to the gym? Not only do I need to shed pounds I need to tone my body..
Do I lose weight 1st then tone my body? Or does it happen together while I’m exercising?
I want to have a body like those Victoria secret models. They’re PERFECT

    Losing 20 lbs in 2 weeks isn’t very practical.
    I would recommend eating around 1,200 calories a day. Make sure that the calories you do eat are mostly fruits and veggies with lean means and at most a handful of carbs at each meal.
    For exercise, I reccomend cardio, such as running and also weight training, which is to do at home, as long as you have the right equipment. Also, do cardio one day and weight training another. Or for quicker results, do cardio in the morning before you take your shower for school and do weight training when you get home.
    Push your self but not way over your limits.
