The marketing page should include information about social media networking online and the use of business cards, flyers and printed ads offline. The section also should have an accounting chart outlining the cost for both online and offline marketing. Your website marketing plan should also include information about your main competitor’s website.
    Step 6Create your website operational plan. The operational plan should state when information for your website will be submitted and when the information will be placed on your website. It also should include a bullet point list of each webpage for your website. The operational plan should include a list of inventory for your website such as your Internet access provider, the type of computer you will use and any office equipment you will need. Your operational plan should list information on registering your websites domain name, if you will need a Tax ID number and information about freelance writers and freelance photographers. Include an accounting chart that outlines the cost for supplies, registrations and payment for hiring freelance workers.

The management and organization plan should state what you will do for your website and your experience concerning the website. As well as a list of your websites professional and advisory support team such as the CEO of the website, the banking information, accountant information and legal services you may use.
    Step 8Create the personal financial statement for your website business plan. The personal financial statement will show how you will fund the start up of your website and where future funds will come from for your website, including affiliation programs, pay per click programs, donations or products you will sell on your website.
