don’t sweat it, they hire a lot of people as “helpers”. Your past experience will be a bit plus. Read up on the company a little, like who founded it, how it got started (just to impress them). Be positive, don’t say anything negative about past jobs. For the crisis question, say you work well under stress, evidenced by (give an example from your bar job). Stress your customer service skills, again give examples from the bar. The questions about “where do you see yourself in thee years”, they want to know that you will not quit in six months. Ask about promotion opportunities available within the company after you graduate from school.

1 Tell him you are a college student and you are doing well in school. They are aware that this is a part-time job and you would not work for them for ever. So you can go into the limited detail about what your goal is in life, for example, you want to be a doctor, you want to be a lawyer, etc.
2 FedEx is a global delivery company. Look it up on the website and remember the their slogan. You can also tell them that the location of their shipments are reported in real time on the website.
3 customer service is very important. A customer can go to UPS, or the United States post office, to ship their packet instead. Tell them you are a pleasant young man (if you are applying for customer service position) who would take good care of the customer. If you were the driver, tell them you are a safe driver. If you are applying for the warehouse position, tell them that you take your job seriously and you will handle the boxes carefully without damaging them.
4 this answer can apply for any job really. You can tell them that FedEx is a well known company and you would like to be a part of it. (You can say the same thing about UPS, as well.)
5 you can tell them that you worked in customer service and another job (and give them an example), and customer service is very important. A customer will likely not return to the store if he is treated badly. He will also tell his family and his friends – so one unhappy customer can result in 10 more.
6 here you can say that you are dependable and you are polite. You can say that you get along well with people and you believe teamwork is important.
7 look this up on the website
8 I don’t quite understand what this question is asking
9 you could be creative by get things done faster without taking shortcuts. For example, if a package comes in and is not taped up correctly, you will use scotch tape (which is right on the desk) to seal the box correctly. At the beginning of the shift, the tape may be on another table far away from you. This sounds very simple but it may cut a few seconds off the time you go back and forth and it is something creative.
10 look this up on the news
11 you will keep your mouth shut. You’ll not broadcast this on Facebook or anything like that. Tell them you have done the jury duty, and you kept it secret from your girlfriend and your family.
12 you could be quite honest here – you can say you need the money. I have used this answer before (and I got the job).
13 I think you copy this question incorrectly. All their containers have their logo on it.
14 you can tell them that although you will be a part-time worker, you would like to work any time you are free from school. This is called returning part-time employee. You will not have to be trained again on the second time you are there, and I’m sure if you were a good employee the year before, they will rehire you.
15 no, but you will make sure it is done without making anyone look stupid. Be sure to say that you would never embarrass you coworker or a customer in front of anyone.
16 to dealwith the crisis would be – you have two people in line, and in the third person shows up, and he needs to ship something that needs to get their at eight in the morning the next day. (There is a service for this but I cannot remember its name) – those people who are waiting in line will unlikely give up their places, in this case, you can ask a coworker to help this person.
If there is no one else, if the person is asking you if he can cut the line, you will have to ask the first two people who are in line.
If the two people would not let you skip them, you do the best you can for those who are waiting for you and try to get to the third one as soon as you possibly can.
Of course, you realize that there is a cut up time for something that has to be sent out that quickly.
When you do customer service, they would not mind so much if they have to wait, as long as you explain the reasons.
    Best wishes.
