How To Deal With Someone Trying To Ruin My Life?

A while back I moved from Wyoming to Oregon for a job. I don’t have any family in the area and no friends. I became friends with a coworker and thought things were looking up. We would go see movies and just hang out. She went through some tough stuff and I was there for her. I helped her pay bills and took her out when it was a particularly had day and would stay with her at night until her roommate was home because she was lonely and scared. About a couple of months back my life took a turn for the worse and all of a sudden she didn’t talk to me. I was worried and would call once a day and text her. Finally I asked her what was wrong and she told me that I needed to learn to back off. So i did. i was pissed and found out that she only wanted me to be there for her and not the other way around. I was even more mad. but I avoided her like the plague. Suddenly i was getting shifted to other units and one day went to the union to find out what was going on. The cops were there and questioned me on a bunch of stuff that I never did. I was served about a week later with a temporary restraining order. I still had no idea what the heck was going on. I was told by a supervisor that I needed to get rid of the job quick because the upper management was going after me and my license ( I am a nurse). Still no idea what was going on and why this was happening. Now I am homeless and jobless living off my aunt because I can’t find work and she is taking me to court for stalking when I left the area got rid of Facebook and deleted her and anyone affiliated with her number off my phone. I don’t know what to do. How do I deal with this?

Wow.im sorry. You should just not keep fighting. Get a restraing order. So she wont see you anymore. Just avoid her. Find a new job. Get an apartment. And start over. Dont trust anyone. This world is dangerous.

That’s some real Lifetime sh*t. So did you loose your license? Should have provided more information like what was her reasoning behind the restraining order and why your job was convinced to take your license. like what did she say you were doing? there are some crazy people out there holly h*ll. she prolly went after you cause your job position seemed to threaten her ever moving up the chain. what i would do is move away miles from that scumbag and if you still have your license, find another gig and start over. but if this is not an option and you want to get revenge (if this is what you are looking for, and after the court date,) i would shove three snickers in her gas tank. at least she would be out of a car. but this could be potentially risky considering the restraining order. but honestly she has gotten the best of you. when you go to court, you should save all your text and present them with what you were sending her. shouldnt have deleted your facebook either, there could have been messages there to help back your statements. but i dont see how she would have any grounds as to why you were stalking her if you really wasnt stalking her. the judge needs proof to make you liable. if your were a nurse, im sure you have some smart, if everything you say and your innocent, then you should convince the judge that everything she has been doing is based on lies and she has mental problems. if you win over her, you could possibly get your job back, but you need proof. focus on proof, shes the one at fault and all your were was a friends lending a hand and when connections were cut, you were worried and tried to find out if she was ok. also something to take into consideration, is that this girl will probably have all her SH*T together when walking in that court room, if she was clever enough to put you where you are now, she could up screwing your life over for good. so play your cards right and beware of any proof you can come across, talk to other workers, get them on your side, find all the text messages you have sent her, shoot if i were you, i would find some money and hire an attorney. good luck and im sorry for this happening.
